Refund Policy

Refund Policy for El Dancing Gorilla

We want every event with our gorillas and pandas to be an absolute blast! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our refund policy to ensure you’re satisfied:


Refunds before Event: No deposits are refunded unless specifically agreed to by our team.

Refunds after Event: Unfortunately, due to the amount of work that goes into each event, requesting a refund must be with proof. No deposits are refunded.


Event Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate at no extra charge, provided you give us at least 10 days' notice. Rescheduling within 10 days of the event may incur a fee, depending on availability.


Performance Guarantee

Our gorillas are here to make your event unforgettable! If you’re not 100% satisfied with their performance, let us know within 24 hours of the event, and we’ll work with you to make it right, whether through a partial refund or a discount on future services.


Weather Policy

While our performers are ready to party rain or shine, in the case of extreme weather conditions that make the performance unsafe or impossible, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a refund.


Damage or Issues

If any issues arise with the inflatable costumes or the performers during the event, please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation on-site. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll discuss compensation or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
